Mauna Lani Point F105

This clean, lovely condo offers endless hours looking at the surf and watching golfers approach a dramatic hole at oceans edge. We enjoyed our week and recommend it highly. Jason is a phone call away and very responsive to any issues that may arise.

Wonderful rental place. Beautiful view, beautiful sunsets and sunrises, beautiful little yard for our toddler to run around. Very well equipped house with everything you need. 15 min walk to the beach, great hosts that were very accommodating to our changing plans. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a memorable and relaxing stay at the Mauna Lani point. The unit was clean and spacious. The condo was fully stocked with every cooking gadget you could need. We took advantage of the grills by the pool, which were really clean. Our family loved eating on the lanai and taking in the view. Booking was easy. Beach club access was awesome. Snorkeling in/around the Mauna Lani was awesome.

We had a wonderful time here. The unit was so well equipped and location was perfect. We whaled watched everyday! The property was so clean and well kept and our property manager Jason was easily available for any needs. I would recommend this resort and this unit in particular for your Hawaii vacation! It was a place where the pictures online matched the reality.

The location and access to our favorite Hawaiian beach (the best snorkeling) was fantastic. The unit had everything needed to cook for 7 (we had the unit above). Jason, the manager, was responsive and dealt with our bad cable box the same day. We couldn't have asked for better service. Plus it is always nice to stay in such a luxurious condo.

Would 110% stay again. Very clean and beautiful up to date decor with lovely views. Appreciated the access to the central air as well as a 15 minute walk to the beach. Only critique would be that the washer and dryer could use an update - took several runs to dry towels.

Jason and his team always have spotless rentals for us, and they consistently deliver at or above what has been promised. We use no one else for our stays at Mauna Lani. This unit has a beautiful ocean, golf course, amd mountain view. It is convenient walking distance to the pool and bbq area. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and being able to step off the lanai into the luxurious grass after watching our bird friends in the bouganvillea. Top shelf. Mahalo.

We had an incredible experience renting this condo. From our initial inquiry through to our arrival and checkout, Jason was a great resource and responsive and available at all times. The condo was beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. The interior is done in high finishings throughout and the bedding and linens are high end. The unit is furnished with any cooking, grilling or baking need one may have and they provide all the necessary beach chairs, towels, toys and more! We own and manage our own Caribbean Property and have traveled extensively throughout HI and the Caribbean Islands, and can honestly say that this condo is one of the best properties we have had the opportunity to stay at. Harried when we arrived; totally relaxed when we departed. This is a super, spacious property - loved being on the bottom floor and having our own backyard that walked onto the golf course with 10-star sunsets! The condo is very well-equipped - all the kitchen gadgets (we're cooks) and lots of basics make 'living' there for a week so easy. Super appreciative of the toiletries, laundry, beach towels & toys. And Jason (property manager) is SO nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

My family enjoyed our trip of a lifetime in Hawaii. The condo had plenty of space for us for the limited time we spent there. Everything was clean and well maintained. Great that they also had beach chairs and beach towels. The first floor lanai was a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee and look out at the ocean. Also enjoyed some amazing star gazing at night from the back lawn. We actually could see the Milky Way one night!

1) Invest in a DVR! For a sports fan it is difficult to watch live everything one would like to see, especially with the tme difference. A DVR would be a big enhancement.2) Wrieen instructions on Cable Box/TV setup. When we arrived it was messed up and took some time/knowledge to get it working correctly. I consider myself relatively knowledgeable but it still took some effort.Overall, a really nice unit. Could use better cleanng equipment for those on a longer stay, e.g. bucket and wet mop, new/better bristle broom (handle loose), etc.

This condo is beautiful. Appreciated the kid's sand toys in the guest room closet. Beautiful views of sunsets. Only disappointment was that the condo was a little warm. The thermostat is set and cannot go below a certain number.

You can stop your searching.... this is the perfect spot. Every evening enjoy the amazing sunsets over the water. Every morning enjoy the sound of the birds and enjoy your coffee on the cool covered patio. We traveled with a toddler...the grass area off the patio was a perfect place to play. The linens and soft, the towels are plush, the appliances are new and the kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs. The bedrooms are both king beds and on opposite sides of the condo-nice floor plan for sharing the space. We would walked to the beach. You are given a key to beach access- which has parking and a restaurant. Jason was available for any questions and always responded quickly. We definitely recommend this property!

The condo itself is newly renovated, beautifully and very thoughtfully designed and equipped. The lanai has ocean view (they call it partial, but you can judge it yourself from the photos). Having access to the Beach Club was great: the beach there is very protected. It's on the smaller side, but having guaranteed ocean swimming with no waves in Hawaii is worth a lot:) You also get to use the lounge chairs and cabanas. With the beach club parking included, we could decide whether we felt like a stroll across the golf course or a 1-minute drive. The proximity of several restaurants and a Foodland grocery store was also very convenient. Jason, the manager, was extremely helpful. Long story short, we have found our ideal home on Big Island and will definitely be back!!!

F105 at The Point is a perfect spot. We loved waking each morning to sit on the lanai and watch the whales spout. The condo was clean, spacious and well-appointed. It has been completely upgraded with beautiful cabinets and counters. The housekeeper was delightful and kept the place tidy for us during our 4 week stay. We would definitely stay here again...if there is availability.

This is our second consecutive year renting a condo at Mauna Lani Point through Jason Mills. The location is great and Jason's recommendations have been spot on for us. Everything you could need is available in the condo and it even has a nice view of both the golf course and ocean.

This is the second time staying at Mauna Lani Point and it was a great experience! The unit we rented had been newly renovated and the kitchen and bathrooms were gorgeous and well appointed. It had everything we needed including all the beach towels, chairs, etc. The pool was lovely and convenient to the unit, and the community beach is awesome. The calm water makes it perfect for families with children and they have paddle boards and other rentals available.

Property is great. Wonderful ocean and mountain views which are only in a very view units. Property about to be upgraded but very nice as is. You wont be disappointed. Jason very attentive to anything that comes up but you probably wont need anything.

Awesome through and through. Thanks to Jason, he literally saved our family vacation to Hawaii. Saved it, and made it the best vacation it could have ever been! This particular condo, although a bit "dated", was more than comfortable and the location could not be any better. The views, lanai, location on the golf course with ocean sunset views was amazing. A short drive to Hapuna Beach, with umbrella and 4 beach chairs, boogie board, and beach towels (all included with the condo) was pure joy.....The washer/dryer was nice. The location in a private and gated community with a lovely pool, bbq area, sauna, and hot tub was also very nice. A really special property in a special setting.
