If you're looking for the perfect place to spend your next (or first!) Hawaii vacation, then you need to look no further than this sophisticated two-bedroom 2.5 bath townhome that can sleep 4 at Kulalani in Mauna Lani Resort.

Entering the townhome from ground level you have an ideal gathering space with the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room all leading out to the large lanai, where you will undoubtedly spend much of your time. The well-appointed and stocked kitchen will satisfy any chefs at your party. The covered lanai is equipped with a Viking BBQ grill, comfortable sitting areas, and a table where you will want to spend time relaxing with a Kona coffee or cocktail in hand. You also have the convenience of a ½ bath, laundry room, and garage access on this level of the townhome. 

The upstairs level has two master bedrooms perfectly set up for two couples or a family of four, each with en-suite bathrooms. The main master is a retreat on its own! It has a king-sized bed, office area, large walk-in California closet (Aug 2026), inviting spa-like bathroom, and a generous lanai furnished very comfortably to relax and enjoy the views of open space and the golf course. The second master has a queen-sized bed with an ensuite full bath, its own California closet (Aug 2026).

Kulalani 603 features Big Island artists like Makai Impressions (the gyotaku octopus print) and Kathy
Funke Sprinkle (the whimsical painting in the ½ bath) among others. The foyer table was created by the owners using an opiuma burl slab from Kamuela Hardwoods in Waimea.

This townhome comes equipped with free WiFi, central air, and useful beach equipment such as a guidebook, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, beach wagon and Tommy Bahama beach chairs. We also provide many other useful items such as laundry and dish soap, shampoo and body wash and paper products. Holoholokai Beach Park is very close by, and you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and whale watching in season. This might become a new favorite spot. This neighborhood provides an ideal home base for exploring the Big Island and having somewhere you look forward to coming home to each day. Mauna Lani has everything you need to enjoy your time if staying close to home is your ideal vacation.

You will love the tranquility of the area as well as the resort-style amenities of Kulalani’s recreational center, including a large swimming pool with a spa and a multi lane quiet lap pool. A pavilion area provides space to relax with your snacks; a large BBQ grill & small refrigerator are available. Kulalani’s fitness center includes a spa, aerobic equipment, and a selection of weight/resistance machines & free weights. Mauna Lani Resort offers many amenities to enjoy including two 18-hole championship golf courses and the WikiWiki 9-hole walking course ideal for a warmup or family fun, biking and hiking trails and The Shops at Mauna Lani with various shops and restaurants. As our Guest, you will have access to the private Owners Beach Club and Napua restaurant. Enjoy the trails, easy beach access, paddle boarding and excellent snorkeling at this location. The Mauna Lani Sports Club & Tennis Garden is another great amenity available to our guests, please look at the website or call them directly for tennis and pickleball rates, reservations and questions. The nearby Auberge and Fairmont Orchid hotels each have great dining, spa and shopping options too!

Kulalani 603 is not corporate-owned, it is owned by some of the same family members as Kulalani 704. It’s managed, maintained and cleaned by the same excellent team of people. We truly appreciate our guests and try our best to support local every chance we get. If one is booked, please check the calendar of the other.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund minus credit card fees if cancelled more than 30 days before check-in. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
