The Primary Suite

We cannot say enough about this stay. The home was immaculate, fully stocked and so beautiful. It was perfect for our family stay. We were only steps to the pool but felt very private. The neighborhood is amazing as well. So close to the private beach and grocery shopping. We will definitely try to stay here again. Highly recommend!

We loved the neighborhood as the Hawaiian landscape, grounds and pool are excellently maintained. The residents and guests were very nice as well. The location, between the petroglyph park, Fairmont hotel ocean front path and the Mauna Lani shopping center is ideal, especially for walkers. We loved all the amenities of the unit, including beach card, beach equipment, large pool and hot tube and plenty of fluffy beach towels. And there was a small, but adequate gym that we used regularly that was kept clean and had air conditioning. The unit had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking. The great room was well appointed for comfort and relaxation at the end of an active day, with family games available and cable and streaming apps. It was also good to have a place to work remotely up in the office-bedroom. Thank you for providing all the soap and paper goods as well. I would just recommend updating the bed pillows that are getting old and use soft pillow protective covers under the cases to keep them fresher. Otherwise, we appreciate you all for providing such a welcoming, well appointed townhome to enjoy our relaxing vacation on the Big Island.

I cant say enough about this property! The amenities are perfect! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need; nicely appointed bedrooms, bathrooms stocked with everything you need. The outdoor space is perfect for sipping coffee in the morning and listening to the tropical birds or sipping wine and looking at the sunset thru the trees, as well as plenty of room for outdoor dining. The owners and property management company was very responsive to our questions and needs. I stayed with my daughter's family including two young children. They had the time of their life! We utilized some of the extras in the storage room such as the scooters, the boogie boards and sand toys and I used the adult bikes to ride to the store and the beach club. The pool is within steps and the boys were there every day! This condo and location was perfect for our family vacation. The beach club is so close and is a perfect spot to relax and waste the day away. If you want to play in the waves, Hapuna Beach is only minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store within minutes. I have stayed at Fairways 1605 at Mauna Lani many times and every time make amazing memories! Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise!

This condo was beautiful. It had everything one would need for a week vacation on the island. Close to shops restaurants and market. The 2 bicycle's were an added bonus. Close to beach and came with access card to the beach club. The pool was a few steps away.I would use again,thank you.

The condo is spacious and easily accomodated our party of 5. It is well-stocked and comfortable. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do on the Kona side of the island, which was go to the beach and eat at great restaurants. It was convenient to have the market and coffee shop close by. The best part was having access to the private beach, where we'd snorkel in the morning and hang out in the afternoon if other beaches were crowded or surf was high. We discovered we are not resort people, which is not the fault of the condo but our personal preference. We like staying in neighborhoods to get the feel of being a local.

This unit was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with all required cooking utensils and spices. Bonus extras were the two bicycles and all the beach equipment. Excellent communication with the property management through the booking process and throughout the stay. Would high recommend this unit, and we hope to stay there again!

What an amazing week on the Big island. This condo was in excellent condition - clean and well appointed - everything we needed . It is the perfect location - close to anything you might want to do - even if it’s nothing more than enjoying days playing and relaxing at the beach. We rented cribs, toys, bouncy seat and were very happy that the management allowed them to be dropped off before we arrived. It was so convenient since we got in late. I will definitely return to this location.

We loved staying here! It was just the right fit for all of us. Four adults and two kids! Downstairs the AC doesn't get too cool which was kinda a bummer to wake up in the kiddosOf the night stifling hot and upstairs got too cool. But overall would stay here again!!Thank you!!!

The house is wonderful, very spacious and super clean in a quiet community with beautiful grounds. Very comfortable beds, kitchen has everything you will need to cook. We appreciated the beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, boards, snorkels, towels) and loved the private beach. My favorite spot was the chaise lounge in the backyard enjoying the peaceful surroundings, flowers, trees, birds, also great place for my family breakfast.Management very responsive, detailed instructions for arrival at the house and get in, accommodating early check ins or late check out when possible. Much appreciated on our side.All in all a special place on an amazing island. Thank you!

It doesn’t get much better than this townhome! The townhouse is conveniently located to nice restaurants, shopping and beautiful beaches! Having access to beach chairs and umbrellas was a huge bonus. The townhouse is stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come back to Kona!

We were two families (one kid per family) who stayed here for five days and found the house to be very comfortable, nicely appointed, and relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked with good equipment as was the garage with beach stuff. The house was quiet and very spacious. House management called to check in and make sure everything was in order. It was! I recommend this as a place to stay when on the west side of the island.

My wife and I brought our 3 daughters and my mom. We had an amazing time. The house was very clean and well stocked with beach towels, gear, and extras of just about everything. Very well described in the pictures, but it was much better than expected. Plenty of room for all of us. Plenty of gas for the grill, and easy access in and out. Great pool and hot tub. There is not a direct beach access, but it is well worth the stay. Only suggestion would be adding a remote for the garage door.

We found out a couple weeks before our stay that my father in law would need a hip replacement. We needed to cut our trip short by two weeks. I was thinking we would lose our money on the rental because of the short notice. After calling Korby and explaining our situation, he responded with "no problem, we can rent it out and get you a refund". And he did! Anyone else would have told us we were out of the cancellation period.
As to the condo it was great. Quiet, private, barbecue on the lanai, comfortable bed, air conditioning, and spacious. Very nice location with beach club access.

We rented two units at the fairways for 11 total family members over the holidays. This ended up being the gathering house for everyone each evening. The kitchen was nicely stocked with pans, utensils, etc. it also had a refrigerator with a water dispenser. Our unit (which cost almost 1,000 more for the week) did not have these conveniences. The garage was nicely stocked with boogie boards and sand toys for the kids. It was clean, steps from the pool and lovely. The owners were extremely responsive when we called to let them know the propane tank had run out and quickly directed us to where the spare was located. We had one of the best weeks of our lives and this awesome unit contributed toward it.
