Palm Villas A21

We loved our stay at Palm Villas! The. condo was spacious and clean. We had a great view of the golf course. The pool was like an Oasis and WARM! We were also surprised at. the Beach Club. We almost missed it and then realized what a. great spot it was. Also, there is so much within walking distance, food, restaurants, shopping. We will be back!

Over Thanksgiving our family was blessed to stay at Palm Villas. Great location and we loved access to the beach club. Will never forget the days spent on the beach and in the water with the kids and grandkids. A21 was a roomy three bedroom with a well equipped kitchen and balcony for grilling. Great view over the golf course and sunrise, too. Next time we will rent directly from Hawaii luxury real estate and forgo the exorbitant VRBO charge.

We had a family of 5 and were visiting Hawaii mainly for scuba diving. The garage was wonderful for storing out scuba gear and we loved watching the ground crew take care of the 17th green every morning while sipping coffee. We cooked most of our meals so we found the layout of the kitchen to be less than ideal for heavy usage. It had all the amenities but generally, didn't allow 2 people to work simultaneously. Olivia was great and contacted us several times during our stay.

Everything was as advertised, I found previous reviews to be accurate. The on-site contact was great to work with, we had some travel issues and she helped with the checkout time making our last day stress free and enjoyable. Thank you for letting us enjoy your property. LD

Great location, walking distance to beach, shops and a restaurant. Clean and well stocked home, the host was excellent and communicated well and timely. Will recommend to friends and come back again. Thank you!

This was a very comfortable condo and nicely appointed. It is on an upper level so stairs are involved which we didn't realize and the parking situation is very tight so only works with a small vehicle that fits in the garage. But otherwise everything was as promised and it was very comfortable with a great location in Mauna Lani.

Perfect lodging for our family of teens and grandparents. Villa is spacious and nicely appointed. Location was great with access to cozy hot tub and pool within walking distance, short walk (< 1 mile) to Mauna Lani beach via shoreline access trail and 10 min drive to Mauna Kea and Waikoloa. Easy check in and check out; great communication with property manager. Would stay here again!

Wife and I stayed there for a 5 day get-a-way and loved it. It's clean, nice, great location. We chose this place because the Mauna Lani hotel recently renovated their hotel and really raised their prices so we looked for a good alternative on the Mauna Lani property. This place was PERFECT! Overall excellent place to stay and very comfortable. Would highly recommend and will be booking again when we go back to the Big Island.

Wonderful stay in a great location. Minutes away from beautiful beaches, grocery store, shopping, and restaurants. A lovely home, with sufficient amenities, beach supplies and a shared pool. We had a great time staying at Palm Villas! Beautiful grounds, quiet, safe, friendly neighbors. Condo was well stocked with all necessities and more. Short drive to an amazing beaches, walking distance to the grocery store.

This luxury Condo exceeded my expectations for beauty, cleanliness and decor. Three bedroom beauty was great for my family vacation. It is stocked with every amenity. The grounds and the pool are beautiful as well. They have a nice fitness center near the pool. The complex is situated near the ancient petroglyphs and ancient royal fishing ponds with historic lava tubes that have paved hiking trails that lead out to beautiful beaches. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a wonderful addition to our benefits as guests at the Palm Villas. It's a gated private beach with covered lawn chairs, a nice bar and grill, and kayak and paddle board rentals.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. We have stayed in this unit for years before purchased by Hawaii Luxury Real Estate and only complaint is that new furniture in living room and on the deck is less comfortable than previous furniture.

Beautiful space in a perfect location. I would definitely stay here again and not just for the unit itself, Jason and his team went above and beyond for us.

Have stayed in this unit MANY times in the past. New owner and new management company have kept the unit in the same excellent condition, with the same above average amenities, as the previous owner. Will stay here again.
